Established patients may conveniently schedule future appointments using our self-scheduling feature. To access self-scheduling, you must be registered with our patient portal, as you’ll need to log in to book an appointment.

If you are not yet enrolled in the portal, we’re happy to help! You may:

• Call our office, and a team member can send you an invitation to the secure patient portal, or

• Stop by the office, and we’ll assist you with signing up in person.

Please note that self-scheduling is available for future appointments only. If you are seeking a same-day appointment, you may call the office, send a portal message with your request, or simply walk in. We welcome walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.
