New Patients

Self-Scheduling for Existing Patients

Already a patient with us? You can easily schedule an appointments through your patient portal. Simply log in, choose an available appointment date and time that fits your needs, and self-schedule at your convenience.

Immigration Physicals

We offer easy and convenient immigration physicals. Scheduling begins with submitting a new patient request so we can review the requirements with you and guide you through the next steps. Our team is here to help make the process smooth and stress-free.

Telehealth Appointments

At this time, telehealth visits are available for existing self-pay patients only. You must be an established patient, have been seen in person within the last six months, and be self-pay to qualify. For more information or to request a telehealth appointment, please log into your patient portal and send us a message our team will be happy to help get you scheduled.
